For the nursery, we decided to forgo a traditional changing table and choose a dresser with a changing pad instead. It is more functional in the long term and so many prettier options! At first I wanted to find a vintage dresser and paint it like this or this. After a bit of searching it was hard to find exactly what we were looking for at the right price. Not to mention, thinking about painting while pregnant started to lose its appeal… So onto option B. After looking at children’s furniture and adult dressers we decided on the Edland dresser from Ikea: 
We swapped out the knobs some rings and this is the new look:
Now all we need is a changing pad and we’re all set!
